Essex Police would like to talk to these two people about an incident in Grays where a man had a substance sprayed at him.
Police were called shortly before 12.20pm on Friday 6 December to reports that five people were feeling unwell after CS or pepper spray was discharged inside The Mall, High Street.
This is now being treating as a targeted attack after a man was seen on CCTV spraying the substance towards one victim.
Officers have not been able to identify the victim or the suspect and are making enquiries to locate them.
Anyone with information is asked to call Grays CID on 101 quoting incident 499 of 6 December.
