Essex Police have launched an enquiry after a man exposed himself at a park in Laindon.
The incident is believed to have happened in Willow Park, in Kingston Hill, at about 7.15pm on Monday 13 July.
Police have given a description of a man they would like to identify. He is described as white and aged in his late 20s. He is about 6ft 2ins tall, with long blonde hair and a beard.
He was last seen wearing ripped black skinny jeans and a black hooded top.
Anyone who can help officers with their enquiry is asked to call Essex Police on 101, quoting incident number 42/104615/20.
