Essex Police are appealing for information after a man exposed himself in front of a woman and her young daughter in Harlow.
The incident happened at around 4pm on Thursday 16 April. The woman and her nine-year-old daughter were walking along the cycle track off Goldsmiths when the man approached them.
He then pulled down his shorts and exposed himself. Both the victims quickly left the area before police were called.
The man has been described as being white, around 5ft 8ins, aged in his mid-20s and of muscular build. He had light coloured short hair, which was possibly shaved.
He was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and black trainers.
Police have been carrying out patrols in the area and have checked CCTV and are now appealing for the public’s help.
