Two men wanted in connection with murder in Essex

Essex Police have released the names of two people they would like to locate, after a motorcyclist was deliberately knocked off his bike and subsequently died.

Kerrin Repman, 29, was killed when his motorbike was hit by a BMW, in what Police believe was a “targeted crash” on Marine Parade, in Harwich, on April 15.

A pedestrian in her 70’s was also seriously injured in the incident. She was taken to hospital for treatment where her condition is described as stable.

Officers investigating the incident said the BMW’s driver and passenger were seen leaving the area on foot.

Det Ch Insp Scot Egerton said he would “strongly urge” Keith McCarthy, 40, and 19-year-old Anthony Galvin to come forward and help with their enquires.

Police said both men have links to Harwich, Hertfordshire, London and Ireland.

A spokesperson for Essex Police said: “Anybody who is found to be assisting these men in any way will be subject to a thorough investigation and could find themselves prosecuted for assisting an offender.”
