A road has been closed in Braintree following a collision between a pedestrian and a bus this afternoon.
The incident happened at around 1.30pm today (16 Sep) on Coggeshall Road. This has led to the road being closed between Wheatley Avenue and Marks Farm Tesco.

There is heavy traffic in the area and drivers have been advised to find alternative routes.
Local buses have also been diverted around the area, due to the road closure.
